AMUSEMENTS.

THE LYDIA HOWARDS TROUPE. “ La Chatte Blanche” was repeated last night at tbe Music Hall, to a good house. The several defects noticable on its first production were entirely remedied, and the burlesque jwas very successfully played throughout. The singing of Miss Howards and the rest of the company during the enactment of the piece was exceedingly well carried out, and, with Miss Jennie Nye’s clever dancing, called forth the admiration and enthusiasm of the audience. The scenery and lime lights were most effectual, and reflect credit on those connected therewith. The same programme will be repeated this evening. We notice the management have announced “ Ivaulioe ” to be in active preparation, to follow “ The White Cat.”
