CHRISTCHURCH. Saturday, July 22. (Before G. L, Hellish, Esq, R.M.) Larceny op a Dog. —John Sherrard, charged with this offence, was remanded until Thursday, bail being granted in one surety of £SO. Drunk and Disorderly. Joseph Garrett for this offence was fined 20s; Mary Maule, for being drunk and soliciting prostitution, was fined 40s. Minnie Edwards, for drunkenness and using obscence language, was fined 20s ; and Ellen Thompson, for a similar offence, 60s. Illegally on Premises. —Alex. Fraser, charged with being found illegally on the premises of Mr J. Sherlock the previous night, was discharged in the - absence of the prosecutor.
