In this case, on the application of Mr Joynt, the declaration of a dividend in this estate was ordered to be declared, and payable after thirty days’ notice. Costs to be paid out of estate. WILL OP HENRY HARPER HIND, DECEASED. Mr Gresson applied for an order for leave to issue probate to Frances Hind, as solo executrix. The matter stool over for the filing of an affidavit as to the value of estate ; to be mentioned next Chamber day,

Williams, His Honor made an order approving and confirming the Registrar’s certificate herein; and directing the payment to be made to the several parties entitled. The costs of suit to be paid out of the funds. RE JOSEPH CATCHPOLE, On the application of Mr Joynt, His Honor directed the handing over of the claim made herein by his client to the insurance company, which had been produced by the police on the trial. FOWLER V MCARTHUR. Mr Joynt applied to his Honor to fix the date of the trial of this cause at Nelson. His Honor fixed Monday, 21st August, for the trial.
