RE JOSEPH CATCHPOLE, On the application of Mr Joynt, His Honor directed the handing over of the claim made herein by his client to the insurance company, which had been produced by the police on the trial. FOWLER V MCARTHUR. Mr Joynt applied to his Honor to fix the date of the trial of this cause at Nelson. His Honor fixed Monday, 21st August, for the trial.
