From a letter which we print in our columns thi3 evenings, it appears that "An Admirer of Decorum" was annoyed on Monday evening by some of the occupants of the reserved seats at the DeMurska Concert. We have reason to know that the writer of the letter is correct, and we think that Signor D. DeVivo should look more closely after those persons who should not be permitted to interrupt or distract the attention of others from the object for which they had paid. We are not aware that a high military command, or being the head of a monetary institution, is a justification. But we in our ignorance may be mistaken,
