Mails per Hawea will close as under : For the United Kingdom, at 3 p.m. ; late letters, 3.20 p.m. For America and all Foreign Countries, 3 p.m. ; late letters, 3.20 p.m. For Northern Provinces, Fiji Islands, and Sandwich Islands, 3 p.m. ; late letters, 3.20 p.m. For posting registered correspondence, at 2 p.m. For obtaining money orders for the United Kingdom, 2 p.m. For posting newspapers and book packets, 2 p. m. Letters (only) can be posted at the guard’s van, Christchurch Railway station, for the Hawea’s mails, up to 4 p.m. The next mail for the United Kingdon, via Suez, will close at Christchurch on April Bth.
