Sawtell, as two of the executors named, reserving leave to the widow as executrix to come in and apply. RE HUGH WRIGHT, A LUNATIC. Regina v Arthur Upjohn—Bigamy, Regina v Michael Galvin—Burglary, Regina v Thomas Robert Shaw—Obtaining goods and money under false pretences, Reginav James McKinlay—Larceny. Regina v John Bay—Failing to appear on recognizance. Regina v William Foote—Attempt to commit a rape, Regina v Philip Bourgeois—Forgery; Regina v James Bassingthwaite—Violent assault. Regina v W. J. Leigh—Larceny. There are also two other committals, but the depositions have not been forwarded from the Court below.
