This fine ship was signalled at 10.30 a.m. to-day. She sailed from Plymouth on November 29th, and has therefore made the passage in 79 days. TheMoa s.s. proceeded down to the ship this afternoon. THE DUKE OF EDINBURGH. The New Zealand Shipping Company’s chartered ship Duke of Edinburgh cleared on Monday night, with a full cargo of wool and tallow, valued at £115,480. The following are the items—--6729 bales wool £114,580 30 oases, and 60 casks tallow 900 Total £H5,480 The Duke, besides this valuable cargo, takes home six saloon passengers. She is in splendid trim, and will sail at noon to-day, arrangements having been made to tow her out should the wind be unavoidable.
