POST-OFFICE NOTICES.
Mails close at Chief Post Office for the following places, as under, subject to necessary alterations:— Friday, December 31. For Port Chalmers and Dunedin, per s.s, Phcebe, at 11.35 a.m. ; late letters, 1155 »,m. ; guard’s van railway station, 12.25 p.m. train. Important.— Attention is directed to various changes in despatch of local mails. The alterations will date from 3rd January, 1876, and particulars will be posted over the mail notice board at the Chief Post Office. J. J. FITZGIBBON, Chief Postmaster.
