SITTINGS IN CHAMBERS, Tuesday, December 7. (Before his Honor Mr Justice Johnston.) RE CORBETT AND VOAK. Mr Slater applied for an order fixing date of last examination. His Honor made the order, fixing Wednesday, January 12th, for the last examination of the bankrupt. RE HENRY CHARLES WEST. The debtor in person applied for an order of adjudication, and fixing of first meeting of creditors. His Honor made the order, creditors to meet on Wednesday, December 15th, at 11 a.m. RE ESTATE OP WILLIAM DOBBS, DECEASED. Mr Cowlishaw applied for an order for leave to issue letters of administration to Maria Dobbs as widow of said deceased. His Honor made the order as prayed. BE WILL OP JAMES BADDBN, DECEASED. Mr George Harper for Mr Slater applied for leave to issue probate to Jessie Badden as sole executrix of deceased. His Honor made the order, granting probate to Jessie Badden as prayed. RE WILL OF GEORGE GORDON, DECEASED. Dr Foster applied for an order for leave to issue probate herein to Katherine Swan Gordon, as widow of deceased, and sole executrix. His Honor made the order, issuing probate to Katherine Swan Gordon as prayed. AUSTRALASIAN CREDITORS ACT, 1858, AND RE M‘DOUGAL V. BROWN. Mr George Harper applied on behalf of plaintiff herein for a rule nisi, calling upon the defendant to show cause why a writ of execution should not sue herein. Rule nisi granted, to be returnable on January 15th. RE LOFTUS HENRY ROBBINS. In this case his Honor made an order fixing date of last examination for January 12th. RHODES V RHODES AND OTHERS. Mr Cowlishaw applied for an order for payment out of Court of the sum of £22,500, now standing to the credit of the cause, in terms of prayer of petition. Mr Hanmer appeared on behalf of Robert Heaton Rhodes, the plaintiff, to consent to the order being made. His Honor made the order as prayed, all parties interested consenting. IN LUNACY AND RE HUGH WRIGHT, A LUNATIC PATIENT. Mr Thompson applied for an order herein in terms of prayer of petition of William Lilly. Mr Wynn Williams consented to the order being made on behalf of the guardian and receiver. His Honor made the order, RE WILL OP CHARLES BARTON LAVENDER, DECEASED. Mr George Harper applied for an order granting probate to Celia Owen Lavender, as widow of deceased and sole -xecutrix. His Honor made the order as prayed, granting probate to Celia Owen Lavender. RE ESTATE OP MIDDLETON AND MCQUADB. By consent of Mi G. Harper, counsel for trustees, a rule nisi was made absolute, enabling the trustees to proceed to the valuation and realisation of the securities held by the Bauk of New Z aland as against the estate, Mr Cowlishaw appeared for the Bank of New Zealand. RE MESHAC CLEMENTS On the application of tbe bankrupt, the first meeting of creditors was fixed for Wednesday, December 15th, at 11.30 a.m. The Court then rose
