FIOHTING IN THE STREET.—Win. B/ail and Robert Hicks were charged, with lighting in a publie street, and escaping from legal custody. Constable Beaumont deposed that yesterday afternoon the defendants were righting in front of the Borough Hotel ; witness took them into custody, from which they escaped, until they were re-appre-hended. Evidence was adduced, which showed that Ryan was the cause of the whole disturbance, and he was accordingly fined 20s. Hicks was discharged with a caution.
