SITTINGS IN BANKRUPTCY. Thursday, July Ist. (Before His Honor Mr Justice Williams.) Last Examinations—New Cases. RE RICHARD RBTALLIC EASTERBROOK. The bankrupt in person applied for the final order of discharge. The case stood over until the next sitting on August sth. RE ALEXANDER BROWN. Mr Slater applied for the final order of discharge in this case. His Honor made the order. RE JAMES HORACE SMITH, Mr Thomas appeared for the bankrupt, and applied for the final order. After the examination of the bankrupt, His Honor suspended the final order for one month. RE HENRY RISLBY. The bankrupt in person applied for the final order of discharge. The case was adjourned until 12th July in Chambers. The Court then rose.
