MAGISTRATES’ COURTS.
CHRISTCHURCH. Saturday, May 29. [Before G. L. Mellish, Esq, R.M.] Drunkenness. —Thomas Milne was fined five shillings. Drunk and Illegally on Premises.— Peter Broderick and John Sullivan were charged with being drunk and illegally in the stables of the Warwick Hotel, shortly after midnight. This being Broderick’s first offence he was dismissed with a caution. Sullivan, who was up for a similar offence two days ago, was fined 20s. George Murray, for being found sleeping in a shed at the Railway station, was discharged with a cau= tion,
