SITTINGS IN CHAMBERS. Friday, May 21. [Before his Honor Mr Justice Williams J His Honor sat in the Court Chambers at 11 a.m. BE PILCHEB FREDERICK RALFE. Mr {Bamford applied for an order of adjudication and meeting of creditors. His Honor made the order, fixing the first meeting of creditors for Monday, May 31st, at 11 a.m. RE ASSIGNMENT OF GEORGE BONNINGTON. Mr George Harper applied for an extension of time for declaring the complete execution of deeds of assignment. No order made at present. RE GEORGE HUFFBY, DECEASED. Mr Garrick applied for an order for leave to issue probate to John Huffey, as the executor named. His Honor made the order. RHODES V. RHODES AND ANOTHER. Mr Garrick applied for an order directing the payment out of Court of certain moneys, and also all costs and charges subject to taxation. Application to stand over to be mentioned again on the Registrar of Land Titles reporting, with leave to amend. An ad interim certificate to be obtained by plaintiff of the state of the accounts. DAVIS V. ROBISON. In this case, which was an action for slander, Mr Garrick applied on behalf of the defendant that the declaration should be amended, so as to state the persons to whom the slanderous words alleged had been used, and the occasion. Mr Joynt for the plaintiff appeared to oppose the application on the part of the plaintiff. After hearing counsel, his Honor granted the application.
