MAGISTRATES’ COURTS.
CHRISTCHURCH. Tuesday, April 13. [Before G. L. Mellish, Esq., R.M.] Drunk and Disorderly.—H. O’Neil, who had been before the Court on several occasions for drunkenness, was sent to gaol for three months. John Farrell was lined 10s, and George Davis, who was taken out of the river helpless drunk opposite St. Michael’s Church, and who said a cabman had thrown him in for a lark, was fined 20s.
