MAGISTRATES' COURTS.
CHRISTCHURCH. Saturday, March 20. [Before G. L. Mellish, Esq., R.M.] DRUNK AND DISORDERLY. Charles Dobbin, for drunkenness, was fined ss. DISOBEYING AN ORDER OF THE COURT. Thomas Helms was charged, on warrant, with failing to obey an order of the Court to contribute towards the support of his wife and family. Defendant said he had been unable to obtain some money that was due to him. Ordered to pay £3 arrears, and 6s 6d.
