SITTINGS IN CHAMBERS. Friday, March 19. [Before His Honor Mr Justice Gresson.] His Honor sat in the Court Chambers at II a.m. RE PETER EALAM. Mr Hawkins applied for an order fixing the date of final examination. His Honor made the order fixing last examination for Thursday, April 15th. RE E. P. COGAN. On the application of Mr Hawkins, his Honor made an order fixing date of last examination for Thursday, April loth. RE WM HAMMOND, DECEASED. On the application of Mr Wynn Williams letters of administration herein were granted to Charles F. Todhunter, as a creditor of deceased. RE WM GEORGE TERRY, DECEASED. On the application of Mr Hawkins, letters of administration were granted to Caroline Terry, as widow of deceased. RE FRANCIS HALL TIPPING, DECEASED. Mr George Harper applied for an order for leave to issue probate to Francis Charles Tipping, as one of the executors, leave being reserved to the other executors to come in and apply. His Honor made the order. RE ALEXANDER BROWN. Mr Slater applied for an order of adjudication and fixing first meeting of creditors. His Honor made the order, fixing the date of first meeting of creditors tor Wednesday, 31st March, at eleven o'clock. RE MIDDLETON AND M'QUADE. Mr Garrick applied for an order declaring the complete execution of the deed of assignment. Mr Joynt appeared to oppose. After hearing argument his Honor made no order. The other cases in the same estate stand till to-day for argument.
