! CHRISTCHURCH. Friday, January 15. (Before Dr Back, J.P.) VAGRANCY. Alice Whurr, a late arrival, was arrested by Constable Hughes on the charge of soliciting prostitution in Gloucester street. It was proved that the accused had lately been leading a very irregular life. His Worship strongly advised her to alter ■her mode of living, and inflicted a fine of 20s or forty-eight hours. ! LUNACY FROM DRINK. James Faulner and Michael Ferrick, who 'iad been remanded for a week for medical •treatment, were brought up and discharged with a caution; *'
