Mr E. Wilkin’s third wool sale for the season was held on Tuesday, in his wool stores, Hereford street. Mr Aikman reports a smaller attendance than usual, with languid biddings. There were upwards of 550 bales and 30 packages wool catalogued, a proportion of which had to be withdrawn, the prices offered not reselling exposers’ ideas of the value.
