WEDNESDAY, JANUARY 13. [Before His Honor Mr Justice Gresson,] His Honor sat in the Court Chambers at 11 a.m.
BE W. E. STAMFORD. Dr Foster applied for the final order of discharge in this case. Mr George Harper appea'el to oppose on behalf of Mr, Smito, a creditor. The bankrupt was examined at some length by Mr Harper, and ultimately the opposition was withdrawn on bankrupt apologising for a letter written by him, and payment of costs of the day. His Honor made the final order of discharge. RHODES V BHODEB AND OTHERS. On the application of Mr Cowlishaw his Honor made an order varying the conditions of sale in this matter. 1 The Court then rose.
