The Athenccum slates that an arrangement has been made by the Commissioners for the Exhibition of 1851 and the India Oflice, by which the Exhibition galleries in Exhibition road will be used for the India Museum, now most imperfectly displayed. One or two more literary announcements of some interest have been made public. The ; first volume of the long-expected b'ography of the Prince Consort, ou which Mr TheodoreMartiu is engaged, will be published shortly. Mr Kinglake's fifth volume of the " History of the Crimean War," which deals piincipally with the battle of Inkerman, has, it is stated, been sent to press. The Academy says Mr Gladstone is going to reprint the Homeric papers which he contributed to the Contemporary llevlew. The title of the volume will be " Homer and Egypt: a Contribution towards determining the Flacc of Homer in Chronology. Keprinted from the Contemporary Review, and enlarged."
