Nelson, December 5. Arrived—Taranaki, from the North. She will sail at 3 p. m. Dunedin, December 4. Mr Reynolds addressed his constituents on Tuesday afternoon. Mr Macaiulrew agrees to delegate to the Harbor Board all the Superintendent’s powers concerning Dunedin harbor.
