CITY GUARDS.
The first match of the season among the members was fired at the Heathcote yesterday. The prize, a keg of ammunition, and the conditions as follows :—The corps to appoint two captains who shall select eight men each ; to fire at 300 and 400 yards ; five shots at each range ; the team making the highest score to be declared winners.
