Re George Cookson—Mr Bamford. Re John King—Mr Slater. RE JONATHAN KINGDON. Mr Garrick, for Mr Wynn Williams,applied for an order to examine witnesses in this case. , Order made for leave to issue summonses as prayed. RE HENRY ZACHARY NICHOLS. Mr Bamford applied for an order of adjudication in this case, and fixing of first meeting of creditors. His Honor made the order, appointing Monday, September 7th, at 11 a.m. for first meeting of creditors. BUCKRIDGE V THE NEW ZEALAND SHIPPING COMPANY. By consent of counsel engaged in this case the argument on the rule nisi was postponed until Tuesday next in Chambers. The Court then rose.
