Professional workers, contractors, and apprentices are not included wi th in the scope of the Bill. A (Yorker must have paid into the fund six months before lie or she becomes entitled to sustenance allowance, winch is limited to fifteen weeks ranging from. 25s weekly in the case of married men to 15s in the ease of'unmarried, ‘.V
