SEQUEL TO SERIOUS CHARGE YOUNG GIRL TO APPEAR ON ALLEGED 1 PERJURY (Press Association.' GJIRI9TCHURCH, Feb. 4. Following on the refusal of a witness to answer questions put to her by Chief Detective Carroll and the Magistrate, Mr E. D. Moslej. 3. Ml., this morning, in a serious charge, l ie Magistrate directed tin police to bring the witness, a, young girl, lie fore the Children’s Court on a charge of perjury. “No matter how young the girl is”, 5,1 r Mos'ey said, “she can’t he allowed to come before the court and perjure herself in this way.”
