All were very great friends but Sir Henry (Mr. Frank Bradley) affectionately termed Uncle Henry” saw in the innocent friendships a. suggestion of trouble. the absence of children was in his view a crime against humanity. Then when both husband and wife --ere caught independently in innocent, but somewhat comprising circumstances ••Uncle Henry” arranged a little realisation of the impending danger, lie managed things very cleverly, but the parties worked together and only m the last minute discovered his plot. This in brief is the story round wlncn "The Unfair Sex” is produced. 1 lie play is packed with amusing situations. The cast is headed by Miss Batemen, who is making her first appearance in Gisborne. She is supported by an entire London company, fae play will b%. presented by Mr. Joseph Cunningham’s English Comedy and the repertoire will also include. Uric Hudson’s London comedy triumph "Eliza Comes to Stay,” to he presented next Monday. ‘‘l lie Sport of Kings" on Tuesday, Tan Hay s and Sutton Vanes daring play Outward Bound” on Wednesday.
