REPORT TO LEAGUE. WHAT IS AIR STRENGTH? LONDON, Jan. 11. The Secretary-General of the League of Nations (Sir Eric Drummond) lias received the Soviet Government’s report on the Black Sea- naval forces, says the Geneva correspondent or “The Times.” . It does not contain any reference to air forces, of which information was also requested. The report shows that the following were actively commissioned: —One cruiser, 54 submarines,. four torpedo boats, three gunboats, two -sloom, nine - minesweepers, and 11 smaller craft, and there were also oue battleship, on, cruiser, six torpedo Fonts, and four submarines at'Bizerta (Tunis).
