Sydney detectives arrested Mervyn John Cudby.upon arrival of the Manuka. He was subsequently charged with having fifteen detonators in his possession with intent to steal. The Magistrate, in sentencing C!ud J by to six months’ imprisonment, declared he was an undesirable visitor to New South Wales. Cudby said he was released from prison three months ago raid l secured work, but the police told his employers what he was, and consequently iio could not keep a job.—U.P.A,
