A. proclamation was issued by Marshai Chilisiehyuan to-day, announcing tnat the military governors of Kiangsiu, Kiangsc, Anhui, Chekiang, and Fukien, as well as practically the entire Chinese fleet had decided to support Wupeifu. The prclamation denounces General Fengyuhsiang for his treachery.—A. and N.Z.C.A.
