GENEVA, Oct. 27. The examination of the New Zealand report on the administration ot Western Samoa has concluded to the satisfaction of the Permanent- Mandates Commission. Sir James Allen said, the > - eport went through iu one •pitting without difficulty. He was able tp 'furnish all the desired information.
