Ladies’ Hockey Association notifying that tlio Annum] Ladies’ C“:iTmpV6iisll7p Tournament would be held in Wellington this year, and. that the whole of the profits received from the tournament would, be donated to the wounded soldiers’ funds. It was decided to hold a meeting of lady hockey players and their supporters at the Cosmopolitan Club on Monday evening next at 7.30 p.m. to dismiss the question of sending a representative team to the tournament. The following matches were set down, for the week: Thursday.—Stars v. Hovers; umpires, Messrs Grant and Olsen. High School A v. High School B: Mr, Arnold. Allies v. Kia Ton ; Messrs McLaehlan and Pollock. Saturday.—Mercantile v. West End ; Messrs Sim and Wills.
