KAISER'S HEAVY PERSONAL LOSS.

ROME, April 19. A private letter from Berlin states that the Kaiser's personal fortune has greatly diminished. He is interested in many industries which are now ruined and also in steamship companies which have lost vorv heavily.
The Kaiser has already lost 100,000.000 marks.
The Kings of Havana. Saxony and Wurtemburg and the Grand Duke of Baden have also .sustained heavy losses.
