THE ATTACK ON BARI.
PROTEST BY THE POPE
ROME, July IS. One; of the Austrian aeroplanes participating in the attack at Bari returning on its way home was hit by a rifle bullet and fell into the sea near ('arietta. It- was captured with two officers.
The Pope has instructed the Nuncio at Vienna- to protest against- the bombardment of Bari.
