HOCKEY.
One game of men’s hockey was played on the Childers Road Reserve on Saturday—West End A (Peter Sim, captain) v. West End B (Olsen, captain). The referees (Messrs. Eaton and McDougal) bad a busy time. Play was extremely lively, an<3 resulted in a. draw, with a score of throe all. For West End A, Messrs. Sm ale and Roderick scored; two and one points respectively, and for "West- End B, Messrs. Rigby and Williamson two and! one points each.
