Leamington Hurdles.— Lord Grey 1, Manatta 2, Klinger 3. " Twelve started. Lord Grey won a protest against Manatta. Time 4.65. Godfrey Watson Steeplechase.— Rayonder 1, Flash Jack 2, Ungala 3. Thirteen started. Won by a length, five lengths between second and third. Time 3.51. The Amateur Turf Club has decided to give' all the profits from its meetings to the' patriotic funds until the end of tho war. -
The Victorian Racing ,Club has distributed £‘76,8-19 in stakes during the past year and £14,455 has been handed over to tho patriotic funds. Merrimax has been scratched for the Australian Hurdles and Steeples.
A P.A. message states that Chortle was scratched for the Winter Cup and Hurdles on Saturday at 3 o'clock .
