WRECK OF THE STRATHCONA.
EIGHT OF TBfTcREW SAVEDFIVE PREVIOUSLY LEFT IN OPEN BOAT. (Press Association Telegram A AUCKLAND. July 15. Word has been received by cable from Suva that the following message was received by the harbor master at Suva from the steamer sent to search for the schooner Strathcona : “Found the Strathcona a total wre.k. Rescued eight. Five left in a boat for Ono ot Tcmgatabu a fortnight age.” There wore 13 in the crew.
