(PRESS ASSOCIATION TELEGRAM.! ' WAIROA, July 16. Henrv Hodges, junr., was proceeded against at the _ Court to-day for personating when voting at last election, in his father’s name. No evidence led to show that anyone asked him who ho was. Dr. Thhab-s scrutineer stated that a month nttci tno election he asked Hodges why he did so, and he replied, “Some pakoha told mo I was on the roll and to g and vote.” The Bench said no jury would confict, and the accused was discharged. _________
