TO LOG A BAY POLICE COURT. Two natives, Alita Hori and Eruora Ivaraka, were charged before Messrs W. E. Holder and H. P. do Mantalk, J P’s, at the Police Court at Tologa Bay on July 8, with breaking and entering the premises of W- A on Haren and stealing 9 pairs of boots and £l9 2s 6d. After hearing evidence, both the accused pleaded guilty and were committed to the Auckland feupveni© Court for sentence. WAIPIRO COURT. At the Waipiro Police Court on July 10th before Messrs E. R. Ludbrook and R. A. Wickstoad, Haua Ruru Miro Mini, Mila Hori and Eruora Karaka were charged with the theft or two sots of reins, one pair leggings, and one breastplate, tne property of Apiata Apanui, and also with the theft of a horse cover, the property of Wairua Meraora, and one (aecordcon, one pair trousers, and one rug, the property of We Hoe Hoe. Erucra Karaka was further charged with the theft of a saddle and bridle, the property of Wc Hoc Hoc. Haiuir Rum Miro Miro, and Mita Hori wore sentenced to three months’ imprisonment. on each of the three charges, to run concurrently. Eruera Ivaraka was sentenced to six months’ imprisonment on each charge, to run concurrently. •
