FALSE PRETENCES. [Press Association Telegram.] DUNEDIN, July 7. Alfred Jenet appeared at the Police Court, charged with obtaining goods bv means of false pretences. AD Young, S.M., sentenced the accused, who jdended guilty, to twelve months’ imprisonment. jenet had a long list of previous convictions against him.
