LONDON, July 7. A meeting of members of the House of Commons initiated a national campaign to urge on the masters anti workers on munition contracts the vital importance, of producing the utmost quantity. Mr Lloyd-Georgc said if the war was to he won in a moderate period there must be a great increase in the number of skilled workers and in unskilled female labor.
