The jury at the inquest in connectiou with- the Tottenhani-Waltham-stow tragedy desired the Coroner to draw the attention of Mr. Herbert i Gladstone, Secretary of State for - v Homo Affairs, to the pressing danger to which the country is subjected under existing conditions.
