The Customs authorities seized over 800 tins of opium, valued at between £2500 and £3OOO. The steamer Empire left port this afternoon. A launch was seen manoeuvring in her vicinity southward from Sydney Heads. The launch entered the Heads to-night. She was shepherded by the Customs authorities, who boarded her u]> the harbor, seized the vessel, and arrested all on board.
