Tho Porto is absolutely unruffled at Bulgaria’s preparations, and denies claiming or wishing to occupy territory, it is willing to accept five millions sterling compensation for all material losses, including the. railway, namely, four millions immediately, .if Bulgaria is unable to raise the total, anti a 'million at a future date.
