He thought the central Parliament should have much greater control than the Australian. It would he better if it had a f a v more centralised ,constitution. He attributed-little weight to the objection that this mi gilt cause neglect of local demands. LONDON, Jan. 23. The “Times’ ” Capetown correspondent adds that this advice is not entirely palatable to Natal, but is wholly in accordance with the views of the majority of the Convention.
