SPECIAL LOAN £41,390 FOR ' STREET IMPROVEMENT. ■jyTOTICE is hereby given that the Gisborne Borough Council intend to take the necessary steps to obtain the consent of the Ratepayers of the Borough of Gisborne 'to borrow; £41,390 iby way of Special Loan for the following undertakings: 1. The particular undertakings proposed to be engaged in are: General Formation, Metalling and Improvement of Roads and Streets in the Borough of Gisborne. 2. The sum proposed to be borrowed for such purpose is £41,390, and it is proposed to allocate such sums as follows: Albert Street Aberdeen Road A wap uni Road ... NOTICE is hereby given that the Gisborne Loro ugh Council intends to take the necessary steps to obtain the consent of the Ratepayers of the Borough of Gisborne to borrow £6150 by way of .Special Loan for the following purposes : —- 1. The particular undertakings proposed to be engaged in iare — Acquisition of Recreation Grounds at Haiti and Whataupoko, and Improvements to 'the Borough Reserve .at Childers Road and Roebuck Road, and .to the Recreation Reserve in Aberdeen 2. The sum proposed to be borrowed for such purpose is £6150, and it is proposed to allocate such sums as follows:. — £ Recreation Grounds, Haiti ... l 200() Acquisition, and Improvement, Ivaiti Hill ... ••• Recreation Grounds, Wliataupoko ••• .••• Picnic Resort, Waimata River Improvements Borough Reserve/ 1000 Botanical Gardens, Recreation Ground 200 For first year’s interest and cost of raising loan ciU -' £6150 3. The proposed security and provision for repayment of the Loan is aspecial rate of Id in the £ upon the annual rental value of all rateable property within the Borough of Gisborne; also that a Sinking Fund-ox x per cent, per annum out of such Special Rate shall he set aside towards repayment of the Loan.. 4.
