GISBORNE CLUB.

Tho green of the Gisborne Bo wiling Club showed an animated scone yesterday afternoon, when so large was the attendance that every rink was in play. Besides a number of practice matches, several games in the championship cup, handicap fours, pairs, and singles were got off.* The green was in good playing order, and the members present spent ia very enjoyable time. TURANGANUI CLUB. All rinks on the green of the Turangamu Club were occupied yesterday afternoon. The green played very keen, and the large number of members present enjoyed themselves thoroughly. In addition to .a number of practice games, several games in the handicap, pairs were got off. Afternoon tea, which was much appreciated, was provided by Mrs. C. J. Bennett.
