BRITISH AND GERMAN BOUNDARIES. A DELIMITATION COMMISSION. United Press Association. Copyright (Received Dec. 8, 10.30 p.m.) LONDON, Dec. S. Commissioners Sabine and Fuerster, representing the British and German Governments respectively, will begin to delimit the British .and German boundaries in New Guinea in January. When the task is completed they will report to their respective Governments, who will finally settle the question.
