The Slaughtermen’s "Union passed a resolution that if the interpretation of the Arbitration Court with regard to piece workers and holidays, rates of overtime, and time off in lieu of Sunday killing, is correct, the Union considers the industrial agreement unworthy of the Union's name, and that the Union should, if necessary, cancel its registration and accept the responsibility of securing justice by other methods. A further resolution directed the members of the Union in a ease where employers refused to concede their demands in regard to piece workers and holidays to take advantage of the ruling by working or refusing to work when they thought proper.
