WELLINGTON. Dec
After three trials on a charge of having assaulted a wharf laborer, John Butler was found guilty on a minor count, and sentenced at the Supreme Court to-day to three months’ imprisonment. Walter AlLster Lindmy was found guilty at the Supreme Court _ this evening of indecently assaulting a ■Maori lad, and was sentenced to seven years’ imprisonment.
