PARIS, Nov. 29. Calling to remembrance the fact that President Felix Fame when seized witli hi s fatal illness wa« alone with Madame Steinlieil (who is now charged with having murdered her husband and mother) Paris newspapers are speculating as to whether 6he poisoned him by concealing cyanide of potassium in a cigar. The magistrate has ordered an ex-
humation of the bodies of M. Stednheil and Madame Tapy to learn whether they were drugged before being murdered. [President Felix Fame died somewhat suddenly in February, 1899. He was seized with what was supposed to be an apoplectic .attack at 6 in the evening in his study. He was removed to a sofa, on which he died about 10 p.m. His heart was affected, as had been known for some time before his death.] —
